Its greatest power is revealed in practice to our enemies and among the least of these. Acts of kindness can make the world a happier place for everyone. Kindness can boost feelings of confidence, being in control, happiness, and optimism. Love is not envious:

True love is content and thankful for its blessings and current possessions. Being envious is a negative feeling of desire centered on someone who has something that you do not. Envy and jealousy add to stress and anger that are closely tied to several illnesses. According to scientists, anger is a risk factor for heart disease.

Love is humble:

True love is not proud and boastful. It is humble enough to admit its own mistakes and strive to correct them.
Humble people put others at the forefront of their thoughts. God gives grace to the humble. Pride closes the door to spiritual growth, but humility opens the door of our life to more of God's grace.

Love is Respectful:

True love respect and honor others as a person. Respect shows a sense of morality. It teaches people to cope with problems. Respect helps reduce stress and anxiety in life and also allows someone to enjoy peace of mind.
