Many people visited Jesus Christ when Joseph and Mary gave birth to him. This good news brought joy to the eye of some people to celebrate. Many of us have heard it before but I would like to throw some deep light on it. The Bible has been arranged to give reference to us in everything so that we can live our life according to his will. According to the New Testament, many things happen because the savior of our life has ascended.

When Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the east came to Jerusalem, saying, where is he who has been born king of the Jews?
For we have seen his star in the east, and have come to worship him.

When Herod the king heard this, he was troubled, and all of Jerusalem with him, and assembling all the chief priests and scribes of the people, he inquired of them where the Christ was to be born. They told him, in Bethlehem of Judea, for so it is written by the prophet. And you oh Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah, from you shall come to a ruler who will govern my people Israel.

Then Herod summoned the wise men secretly and ascertained from them what time the star appears and he sent them to Bethlehem saying, go and search diligently for the child, and when you have found him bring me word, that I too may come and worship him.
When they heard the king, they went their way and the star that they had seen in the east went before them, till it came to rest over the place where the child was. When they saw the star, they rejoiced exceedingly with great joy, and going into the house they saw the child with Mary his mother, and they fell and worship him.

Then opening their treasures, they offered him gifts, gold, frankincense, and myrrh. And being warned in a dream not to return to Herod, they departed to their own country in another way.

Now when they had departed, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, rose to take the child and his mother, and flee to Egypt, and remain there until the death of Herod. This was to fulfill what the Lord has spoken by the prophet, out of Egypt have I called my son.

Then Herod, when he saw that he had been tricked by the wise men, was in a furious rage, and he sent and killed all the male children in Bethlehem, and in all that region who were two years old or under, according to the time which he had ascertained the wise men.

Then was fulfilled what was spoken by the prophet Jeremiah, a voice was heard in Ramah, wailing and loud lamentation, Rachel for her children, she refused to be consoled. because they were no more.

But when Herod died, behold, an angel of the lord appear in a dream to Joseph in Egypt, saying, Rise, take the child and his mother, and go to the land of Israel, for those who sought the child's life are dead and he rose and took the child and his mother, and went to the land of Israel. But when he heard that, Archelaus' was reigning over Judea in place of his father Herod, he was afraid to go there, and was warned in a dream to the disciples of Galilee. And he went and dwelt in a city called Nazareth, that what was spoken by the prophets might be fulfilled, he shall be called a Nazarene.

Beloved, this was the story about the three wise men, when they decided to divert from the way of Herod.
When did the three wise men see that they are going to be killed by King Herod, what happened?
Many of us are believers but we are not doing the work of the lord.

The scripture says the devil came to destroy, why have we heard this and still followed the work of the devil?
The three wise men save their life when they departed from the way of Herod.
Brethren in Christ what are we doing to save our life from the hands of the devil?

Brethren let's strive to enter the kingdom of Christ. Let us repent from our sins because it will lead us to the devil. Beloved, it is not too late. The scripture says even the woman who was caught in adultery sins has been forgiven, what about us who want to be born again?

Brethren let us remember the days of our youth before the evil days. Beloved let's abide by the word of Christ because the scripture says we are going to be judged by the word. Let's come into the kingdom and I believe our problem will be solved.
