Setting life as an example for the next generation has become difficult. Many people have forgotten that their deeds are going to affect their wards, whether good or bad. Instead for us to live a righteous life to set an example for our ward to imitate, to inherit the kingdom of God, we are doing what is not expected.

Many people took advice from their parents and grow up and it has helped them to live a purposeful life. This has quenched many burdens on the country due to how the next generation is imitating.

Many of us want to entertain ourselves with temporary joy in this world because of what people will say about us.

Brethren in Christ can the joy on earth help us to achieve our goals?
Can it prepare us for heaven?
Many people are living forgotten we aim to live a purposeful life to inherit the kingdom of Christ.
Beloved as we have accepted to be in Christ Jesus, let us strive hard to imitate the disciples.

The disciples were able to win many souls into the kingdom because they live a purposeful life. Many people called themselves Christians have forgotten the will of Christ.

The scripture says that they devoted themselves to the apostle's teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. And fear came upon every soul and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles.

And all who believed were together and had all things in common, and they sold their possessions and goods and distributed them to all,
as any had to need. And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they partook of food with gladness and generous hearts, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the lord added to their number day by day.

Beloved, if we have decided to die for Christ, why shouldn't we follow the deeds of the disciples?
Have we won a soul for Christ before?
If not, brethren it's not too late to be repented from the sins we are participating in.

Brethren let's strive to share the word of Christ as Peter, because the scripture says, when they heard this they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, Brethren, what shall we do?
And Peter said to them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you shall receive the gift of the holy spirit.

For the promise is to you and your children and to all that are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to him. And he testified with many other words and exhorted them, saying, save yourself from this crooked generation.

So those who received his word were baptized, and there were added that day about three thousand souls.

Brethren let's strive hard to live a purposeful life, for the next generation to imitate.
May the good lord help us to achieve what is for us, as the coming of Christ is at hand.
