How to Stop Greediness In Life.

Brethren, the world is coming to an end and it's our responsibility to spread the word of God as it was stated in the book of John 21, it says,

Peter, feed my lamb.

As Christian we have to equip the world with the world of God, but what are we doing now for the kingdom of God?

We seek help from the so-called gods to be saved but we described ourselves as Christians.

We got to know that, the Lord almighty is ready to provide for all our needs because he created humans in his image.

Even the animals who were called by God know their creator but why is it that we as images of Christ seek help from idols?

Paul also uses himself as an example for us to equip the nation with the word.

If so, what are the things needed by Christians to fulfill?

For us to know our responsibility, we have to read this article to an end.

Brethren in this article I would like to discuss "how to stop greediness in life ” with you.

According to Ecclesiastes 12, we got to know that, we should remember our creator in our youth before the evil days.

This scripture made us aware that God shall bring every work into judgment with every secret thing, whether it be good or it is evil.

God loves us to the extent he has stated in the book of Ecclesiastes that, to everything, there is a season.

How can we explain greediness?

Greediness is an excessive desire for wealth.

Brethren for us to stop greediness in our life,

1. We have to seek the word of God.

God has made it clear to us that, the holy Bible is the words of God and we must find out the truth in it.

The Bible says we know how to give goods to our children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

This Scripture helps us to know that for us to get what we want to stop greed, we have to seek the word of God to know the needs of our creator.

Almighty God has promised us to provide for our needs when we seek him and obeys his commands because he did it to Abraham when he obey his words.

In the book of Genesis, we got to know that, Almighty God has handled everything on this earth in our hands and it's our responsibility to possess everything in it.

2. We have to seek knowledge.

Knowledge is the power for every individual to be successful in life.

We have so many skills to be acquired but it's our need to seek them from well-trained masters.

Our life will be successful when we seek knowledge because if Almighty God provides us with our needs and we don't know how to handle them,
How will it profit us?

When we read the story about the prodigal son, we got to know that, his younger son lost all his possession received from his father because he did not seek knowledge first.

Brethren for someone to live a healthy life, the person has to seek knowledge first to be able to control everything before the needs arise.

3. We have to be patient.

Brethren, we can acquire everything on this earth but if we don't take care we can lose it.

Every Christian need to be patient in whatever he or she is doing because the scriptures say there is time for everything.

In the old testament, we got to know that Abraham was very obedient but he waited for the promise of God.

For us to be successful we have to be patient and wait for the lord as Abraham did, because success can cure greediness in our life.

I believe we will conquer greediness when we put this point into action.
