Faith helps us to navigate life in a way that makes life less frightening. " As the scripture says without faith it is impossible to please God because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. And it is by grace we have been saved, through faith, and this is not from ourselves, it is the gift of God- not by works so that no one can boast. For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do”.
Having faith in everyday life exposes blessings in our and I will like to share some of the benefits it has in our life.
Faith brings motivation:
Faith is our strength. Our faith can motivate us to love more deeply and act more courageously than we could on our own. Faith motivates us to persevere in doing the right thing even when the wrong things are happening to us. As Paul said, " I can do all things in him who strengthens me”. Faith erases doubt and the notion that things are doomed to fail. By having great faith, we feel more encouraged to try new things.
We overcome trials through faith:
The Lord by his holy spirit will give us what we need to stand firm in faith. As the scripture reminds us" No temptation has overtaken us that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let us be tempted beyond our strength, but with the temptation will also provide the way of escape, that we may be able to endure it”. And the bible reminds us " blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him”.
Faith banishes fear:
Faith is the opposite of fear. When we learn to live in faith and not let fear rule our lives, we can enjoy a fulfilling peaceful, and joyful life in Christ. As the scripture reminds us "For the righteous will never be moved, he will be remembered forever. He is not afraid of evil tidings, his heart is firm trusting in the lord. His heart is steady, he will not be afraid until he sees his desire in his adversaries.
Beloved, please keep on sharing and invite our friends for more updates.
