Strength is what every individual needs to perform special activities as they say, "combination of blooms can made good results, but using a single bloom cannot perform the same work”.As Jesus Christ is our savior, he must bear our burden as the scripture says that He took our infirmities and bore our diseases. Beloved, for someone to gain strength in God, the person has to factor in so many things of which I have gathered some to share with you in this article.

For us to have strength;

We have to accept our weaknesses:

Weaknesses have led many people to where they are not expected to be. Every individual has his or her weakness which is diminishing us from doing what will benefit us most. But for us to be able to eliminate ourselves, we have to accept that and live everything upon Christ. As Paul says in the book of 2 Corinthians 12:8-10, " Three times I be sought the lord about this, that it should leave me, but he said to me, my grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. I will all the more gladly boast of my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities, for when I am weak, then I am strong”.

Read and meditate on God's word:

Almighty God assures us that in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God, all things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made. In him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. Jesus Christ was the word, and with him everything is possible. Beloved, let's all try to have access to the Word, and with him, our light will shine to empower the strength which has quenched in us, as it is stated in Mathew 4:4," man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.

Increase the time in prayer:

Prayer is the communication between humans and the creature and as humans, it is our duty to increase the time of our prayers because the scriptures say, finally, be strong in the lord and the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we are not contending against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done so, to stand. Beloved, for us to be strong, we have to increase our time of prayer because prayer is our sword and power to kill and destroy the devil, as the book of Psalms says, on the day I called, you answer me, my strength of souls increases in you.

Trust and obey:

Obedience is one of the behaviors everyone needs in his life. A successful person cannot achieve anything without obeying the steps and how to grab the thing. As we are the sons of God, beloved, let us all try to obey the rules and commandments of Christ and put our trust in him. No matter the toughness of the situation, nothing is impossible in the sight of God. God said to the Israelites, you shall therefore keep all the commandments which I command you this day, that you may be strong, and go in and take possession of the land which you are going over to possess, and that you may live long in the land which the lord swore to your fathers to give to them and their descendants, a land flowing with milk and honey.

Worship through to victory:

Worshiping God is one of the easiest ways he can submit to our prayers early. Imaging praising humans, the kind of attitude, and how the person will feel can testify that the person has fallen into your trap. Let us use King Herod as an example. When it is time for King Herod to celebrate his birthday, he called one of his daughters to dance in public. King Herod feels proud of his daughter and he promotes her to request anything she needs. Beloved, we see how praising someone goes. When the spirit was upon Saul, David did an amazing thing to release Saul from what he is going through. Beloved, let all worship the Lord in any situation, as the scripture says that the lord is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation, this is my God, and I will praise him, my fathers, God, and I will exalt him.

Connect with other believers:

Living together as one people always give out good results. As there was a saying that, together we stand, divided we fall, beloved we must associate with each other as the disciples did. The disciples devoted themselves to the apostle's teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. And fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles. And all who believed were together and had all things in common, and they sold their possession and goods and distributed them to all, as any had need. And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they partook of food with glad and generous hearts, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved. Beloved, let us associate with each other and help others to benefit from the Lord as Judas and Silas, who were themselves prophets, exhorted the brethren with many words and strengthen them.

Empowered by the spirit:

Doing something without the help of the Holy Ghost seems to be meaningless. When Jesus Christ is ascending to heaven, he promised to send the Holy Ghost to live with us, and with him, we shall conquer any obstacles that will arise in our way. The disciples said to lord, Lord, will you at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?
He said to them, it is not for you to know times or seasons which the father has fixed by his authority. But you shall receive power when the holy spirit has come upon you, and you shall be my witnesses in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and to the end of the earth.
