To seek God with our whole heart, understand that our life is no longer ours. We were dead in trespasses and sins. So we had no life before Jesus came. Understanding the depth of this will enable us to seek God with the new life we have been given. As we begin to develop new habits of seeking God, God draws near to us.

Seeking God with our whole heart is a life-transforming process and a journey to discovering the true personality of God. For us to be able to seek God, we have to;

Read our Bible:

Reading the Bible is how we learn who God is. The Bible contains His message about life and relationships. The Bible contains accounts of God interacting with people. And also shows how God cares for humanity.

Sing songs of praise and worship:

Singing, like praising, lifts the name of God. When we sing praise and worship songs, we are acknowledging our struggles and the peace that comes as we know God is in control.

Prayer:

Prayer is one of the ways we can help us to seek God with our whole heart. Prayer is an important way to experience God as the religious believer can communicate with Him. By bringing their problems to God, or asking for forgiveness and help, they come closer to Him.
