Hi Splendid!  I don't know how to create an ad in either place, but I am curious as to why you would want to waste your hard earned money on ads that will not guarantee you any sales or even responses.  Have you looked into other places to place your ads for no cost to you?

Here are a few simple steps to help you create an ad on Facebook;

1. Log into your Facebook account(or type  https://web.facebook.com/adsmanager/)  and go to the create new ad page.

2. Select the type of ad you would like to create.

3. Enter the name of your ad

4. Choose the page you'd want to run the ad with. If none, click the plus(+) icon to create one and select the category of your ad.

5. Set your budget and schedule.

6. Choose your target audience.

7. Write your ad copy and select your image.

8. Review your ad and submit it for approval.

That's it! Once your ad is approved, it will start running and you will start seeing results.

 To create an ad on Instagram, please follow the steps below;

1. Log in to your Instagram account and go to your profile.

2. Tap on the menu icon in the top right-hand corner and select “Ads Manager” from the drop-down menu.

3. Tap on the “Create Ad” button in the top right-hand corner.

4. Select the objective for your ad from the options provided.

5. Enter your ad creative details. This includes the text, image, or video for your ad, as well as your call-to-action.

6. Choose your target audience. You can target by location, age, gender, interests, and more.

7. Set your budget and bid. This is how much you’re willing to spend on your ad per day.

8. Review your ad and submit it for approval.

That’s it!

If you already have the content published on Instagram, follow these steps below;

1. log in to your Instagram account.

2. Click on your profile.

3. Choose the post you'd want to run the ad for and click promote below it.

4. Set the goal for your ad.

5. Choose your target audience.

6. Set your budget and duration of your ad.

7. Review your ad and hit ''create promotion''.

Your ad will be reviewed to approve.

To create an Instagram ad from your Facebook business page, follow these steps below;

1. Log in to your Facebook business page.

2. Click home/ads and click ''create ad''.

3. Choose the goal of your ad.

4. Write the description, headline, and URL of your ad.

5. Set the audience of your ad.

6. Schedule and choose the duration of your ad.

7. Set your budget and placement of your ad to run on Instagram

8. Click promote now to allow your ad to be reviewed to approve.

Once your ad is approved, it'll run on Instagram.
