There are many strange happenings in 5 Billion Sales now and every sell data user and affiliate including advertisers must be very careful.

Many accounts by sell data users and affiliates claimed to be fake by 5 Billion Sales software detectors and have been blocked and closed down. They can't log in or access their accounts currently.

Even accounts of many innocent people are blocked now that they can't currently access.

I've received many complaints today of a security challenge verification which got many accounts blocked even though they've provided the correct details.

Some also could not accurately provide the details on their accounts and had their accounts blocked at the close of the timer, 5 minutes.

Honestly, 5 Billion Sales fails in addressing many of its services from the beginning which got many accounts to be blocked and some deleted.

The fact that they said 8 people can use a device to validate their data wasn't the right one regarding how they're currently handling the system even though it's amended now.

Due to this, many users and affiliates have gone or misinterpreted what 5 Billion Sales have said and misused the idea.

In fact, we're all aware that not every internet user is tech-savvy making the management of their accounts difficult hence reaching their close friends to have things fixed.

Doing some of these things got their accounts tagged as fake and deleted. Which is very bad!

Technologies are good but in most cases, they can't accurately do what humans expect of them. And issues of this nature needed not to be given to machines to detect and delete users regarding the 5 sales policy of data collection of 8 users per device.

I'm not having any problem with this policy being changed whatsoever since it wasn't nice to me at the time of initiation.

But the fact that many users can use separate devices from the same IP address to sell their browsing data regarding the current blocking and deletion of users' accounts isn't the good one.

They may end up deleting or blocking the accounts of innocent sell-data users and affiliates.

Since they've KYC policy, they needed not to use software to detect and delete fake accounts. I think KYC is a good detector of fake accounts and changing the policy of 8 different accounts per device.

KYC must be made mandatory for every account including liveness check and not trying to detect using software if they really want to know it's a real person using the accounts.

And since they're not KYC conscious leading to deletion and blocking of accounts, everyone must be very careful as to how they log in and operate on their accounts.

Before you log in to your account, you must first remember the following to avoid your account being blocked;

1. Your first and last names

2. Your address and city

3. Your zip/postal code

4. Your email address 

5. Your secret code and

6. your phone number on your account.

DON'T EVER try logging in to your account when any of the above can't be remembered.

ALSO, please do not try logging into your account if you haven't yet been KYC'ed or have bought an ad.

I suggest those who have bought ads in their accounts should log in. If you haven't bought an ad please don't log in until the current situation is resolved to prevent your account from blocking even if you've been KYC'ed.

Some are providing correct details yet their accounts are been blocked.

Obey all rules currently to avoid complications on your account.

Use an account per device and don't try logging in to someone's accounts on your device.

We're all part of 5 Billion Sales because without "US" there won't be 5 Billion Sales. So let's all of our complaints be made known so they rearrange their agenda of the business.

Let's all of us shout so they know we're unhappy regarding the current happenings with the company. Most of us have come a long way to be disappointed!
