The followers of Christ have to exhibit characters that go according to that disciple in the scripture. As Paul said, "Imitate me as I also imitate Christ ”. This style of living helps us to live an eternal life, the forgiveness of sin, freedom from guilt, a relationship with God and also knowing the meaning of life. The Bible tells us that God is patient with us, slow for anger, and abounding in love. The Bible also calls us to be patient, kind, and gentle. Patience people may experience fewer negative emotions. That's because, with patience, we are better equipped to deal with stressful and challenging moments in life. This also helps our overall mental health and well-being. Patience helps us to achieve our goals. When we show gentleness towards others, we are showing them love and respect and creating an environment of safety and trust. It also helps us to build stronger relationships with others, as it allows us to communicate.

A disciple lives a life that is submitted to God's will:

Submissions to God's authority bring freedom. It's set order and direction in our everyday lives for those found in Christ. For God to allow us the privilege of choosing for ourselves in such matters, the will most be wholly surrendered to his will. Being submitted to God will please God and His word commands it, and God-given authority is one of the best sources of direction. People who reject wisdom often begin destructive behavior.

A disciple lives a sacrificial life on behalf of others:

Christians should be characterized by sacrificial giving because they are a part of God's global mission. Sacrificial living means giving our time, talents, and resources for the benefit of others. As it is written, " I appeal to you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship”. Sacrifice helps us prepare to live in the presence of God. Only through sacrifice can we become worthy to live in the presence of God.

A disciple works diligently:

It is also true that our works are an indication of our salvation. Working diligently produces wealth. As the scripture says, " A slack hand causes poverty, but the hand of the diligent makes rich.
