Christian are called to evangelize because we are called to spread the word of God. This is often done through evangelism, which is sharing the gospel message with the hope of leading others to faith in Christ. And also a command that Jesus set out for us to be the catalyst for eternal heart change in our neighbors and throughout the world as we share Gods word with others. Doing evangelism shares a lot of benefits in our live and we shall use this opportunity to express our view on them;

To fulfill the great commission:

Christ did not commission us to christianize all nations, he called us to disciple and evangelize them. Our responsibility is to teach and preach Christ Gospel.

To love our neighbors:

Through the spirit, we should seek to move toward those who are inconvenient or even hostile to reach. In doing this, we can evangelize to those around us with love.

To bring glory to God:

To glorify God is to mirror His image, which is to love, and to love generously, as he does.

To spread the truth:

Evangelism leads the soul winner to a closer walk with the lord. There is nothing that will drive a man to His knees, keep him humble before God, depending upon Him for strength and for interceding power, as much as the work for precious souls.
