Silent prayer is quite, simply the practice of sitting in silence, quieting one's thoughts, and making oneself present to God. Silent prayer creates a deeper relationship with an infinite and mysterious God. And also takes us down a path that ultimately leads to a deep friendship. Silence allows a connection to God beyond what words can express. It is a special gift for us to calculate and use to aid our faith.

Centering prayer:

The essence of centering prayer is consent to the presence and activity of God in one life. In response to our intention to become more deeply united with the divine presence, God acts within us to transform us, making us more like Christ.

The Jesus prayer:

The Jesus prayer proclaims our faith and humbles us by asking for mercy for our sinfulness. The Jesus prayer is the form of invocation used by those practicing mental, prayer, also called the " prayer of the heart”. It enables us to participate in the life of Christ. And also allows us to call him into our thoughts and feelings continually, to make Him a part of our minds and hearts in a living way.

Christian Meditation:

Christian meditation is the process of deliberately focusing on specific thoughts (such as a Bible passage) and reflecting on their meaning in the context of the love of God. It makes it easier to dig deeper into scripture. As we continue reading and meditating, it can lead to greater wisdom and insight into life challenges. And also allows us to receive more of the nutrients and spiritual strength found in a verse or phrase of scripture.

May the good lord bless us. Please keep on sharing and invite others for more updates. Thanks for your special day with us.
