To be effective as soul winners, we must see beyond our project circumstances, we must see beyond every limitation, and refuse anything that obstructs our view in this great responsibility. And also being an effective soul winner means not only listening to those around us but also hearing what is sometimes not spoken.

Being a good soul-winner requires a lot, but we shall discuss some of the ways in this article.

Invite a new Christian to go with us:

Sharing the word of God is a must for every believer. So, for us to become well-trained soul winners, we have to invite others to go with us.

Sharing the gospel is also a way to show love to our neighbors. As his followers, we are called to love our neighbors as ourselves, and there is no greater act of love than to share the good news of Jesus Christ with them.

Plan a consistent day and time:

A lot is supposed to be done in a day, but we need to plan our days to meet our goals. A consistent plan with defined strategies and repeatable processes reduces the chance of failure.

And also planning is the process of thinking regarding the activities required to achieve the desired goal.

Make a variety of visits:

The visitation is often the first time extended family, friends, and immediate family members will be able to gather in one place after a loss.

Pastoral visits enhance the relationship. Since relationships are vital in Christian ministry, visits help church leaders to know the members better.
