Our core values define who we are and guide the choices we make and the things we do. Our core values reflect what matters most to us as individuals. Consistently loving according to these principles over time becomes part of our identity.
Believe in ourselves:
Self - beliefs means that we should have enough self-confidence to change, but not over estimate our abilities, as that could become a fixed mindset attitude.
