Being perseverance means being hardworking and finishing what is started, despite barriers and obstacles that arise. The pleasure received from completing tasks and projects is very important to those who are high in perseverance. And also means the willpower to work hard, regardless of any obstacles, to be firm in achieving and remaining consistent. For us to know them, we have to keep on reading this article.

Joseph the dreamer:

Joseph is the favorite son of the patriarch Jacob, and his jealous brothers sell him into slavery in Egypt, where he eventually ends up incarcerated. After correcting and interpreting the dreams of the pharaoh, however, he rises to second-in-command in Egypt and saves Egypt during a famine.

Moses, a reluctant leader:

Moses did not want to be a leader. He had been raised as a prince of Egypt, but now at 80, he was content to be a simple shepherd, watching sheep on the slopes of Sinai. Then, God spoke from the burning bush, and Moses' world changed.

Ruth, the loyal woman:

Ruth is a Moabite woman who marries a Judean immigrant named Mahlon. Upon his death, she becomes a childless widow who chooses to accompany her mother-in-law, Naomi, to Judah. Naomi protests the decisions, but Rut perseveres.

David and his giant persevere:

The Israelites were frozen in fear except for young David. Armed with only a sling, he picked a stone from a riverbed and slung it at Goliath's head. David's aim was true, the stone struck the giant and killed him, prompting the Philistines to flee. The Israelites were jubilant.

Jeremiah the prophet:

In his early years of being a prophet, Jeremiah was primarily a preaching prophet, preaching throughout Israel. He condemned idolatry, the greed of priests, and false prophets. Many years later, God instructed Jeremiah to write down these early oracles and his other messages.

Job, a good man:

Job is a pious man tested by God to show that his faith is not tied to his material possessions. However, Job does begin to question why he has lost everything, but he eventually admits that he does not have the wisdom of God and cannot know everything.

Peter, the Apostle:

Peter was the first apostle to go see Jesus' empty tomb. Peter took on a leadership role in the early church, after Jesus' ascension into heaven. The biblical books 1 Peter and 2 Peter are attributed to Peter. Tradition says that Peter went to Rome, where he was martyred and crucified.

The bleeding woman:

It is written, " And a woman who had a flow of blood for twelve years and could not be healed by anyone came up behind him, and touched the fringe of his garment, and immediately her flow of blood ceased”. These are some of the characters who persevered through struggles. May the good lord bless us. Let's keep on sharing and invite others for more updates.

Thanks for your special day with us.
