A soul winner must have a living faith, He must know how to lay hold on the promises of God and see them fulfilled. Soul winning is preaching the word of God, allowing someone to give their lives to Christ and save them from going to hell. And through this, the person can become a child of God, enjoying His goodness and inheritance, even while on earth.

As the scripture says, "Those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament, and those who turn many to righteousness are like the stars forever and ever”. But for us to enjoy and be stars forever, we have to;

Ask God to give us an evangelistic burden for others:

We carry another burdens when we humbly come alongside them and support them wherever they are in their walk with God. We must remember that God is the one true deliverer. As it is written," Bear one another burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ ”. And also we carry each others burden by petitioning to God with those in need. We conduct prayer chains, we synchronise our prayers, and we fast together, in order to maintain solidarity with those who desperately need a breakthrough in their lives.

Live a consistent Christian life before these people:

It requires our being willing to let go of the pleasures and pressures of this world, and holding tenaciously to Christs hand as He leads us. And also it is obvious that those who do not maintain a consistent holy and obedient lifestyle will not be able to enter heaven. But the believer who is steadfast and faithful in Gods service will be blessed on earth and rewarded in heaven by the lord.

Build bridges to others:

Creating a space for others in our life is one of the way of becoming effective soul winner. By doing so, it will help to open their eyes, turn from darkness to light, turn from power of satan unto God and also received forgiveness of sins.

Learn the Gospel:

Through reading, studying the Bible watching some video input and discussing what we are learning together, we will go deep into the gospel of Jesus Christ. Since the Bible is Gods word, studying it is a way to know God better. Through his words we come to know not only the nature and attribute of God, but we also come to understand His plan for each of us. Performing all these points will help us to become effective soul winner. May the good lord bless us and give us long life, good health and more k knowledge.
