For the whole law can be summed up in this one command, love your neighbor as yourself. A great habit to build in friendships is looking for ways to serve each other and make each other better. Having Christian friend is important because they can help us grow in our walk with God. They can correct and even rebuke us when we stumble in our spiritual journey. Making Christian friends is very important in our lives and we would use this opportunity to discuss how we can develop them in our life:

Introduce ourself to one person each Sunday:

Repeating the persons name will help us remember it and give the introduction a more personal touch. A self-introduction should include our name and occupation and key facts that will help us make an impression on the person we are communicating with.

Ask God to guide our availability:

Approach him with Thanksgiving and ask for what we need, and above all ask him for the presence, strength, and guidance of the holy spirit.

Volunteers:

Volunteers use their time and talents for community service, fulfilling their desires to help others while ensuring the local church can direct more funds to it's mission.

Pray for specific individuals:

Our hearts are joined when we pray for others. It also let them know they are not alone, and they feel our love and compassion.
