As we walk with the lord and enjoy the sweatless victory, there are many things we should be careful about if we want to go far in life.
As it is written," he who guards his mouth preserves his life, he who opens wide his lips comes to ruin. The soul of the sluggard craves, and gets nothing, while the soul of the diligent is richly supplied”.

And as believers, we should know that we are God's temple and that God's spirit dwells in us. If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him. For God's temple is holy, and that temple we are, as it is written in the scripture. But for us to live according to the will of God, we have to notice the points raised in this article;

Not asking for help:

Needing help has always been part of God's design for us. Sometimes we avoid asking for help out of fear that it admits failure. We think we should handle this on our own, we are supposed to succeed. We just need to push through, But the truth is that God created us with a need for help. He created people out of love for sharing love. As believers, we should notice that God's twin purposes for creation are to reveal God's character and nature and to provide for what God has made. As it is written, " Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends”. Admitting we need help, and asking for it teaches us and those around us that asking for help is allowed, beneficial, and normal. And also develop our growth mindset which sparks curiosity, creativity, open-mindedness, and a desire to learn more and achieve more.

Trying to grow alone:

Believers are meant to be connected. We need each other to function correctly. As it is written, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift his fellow, but woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him. Again, if two lie together, they are warm, but how can one be warm alone?
And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him. A threefold cord is not quickly broken”.

Neglecting our prayer life:

" the eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous, and his ears toward their cry. The face of the lord is against evildoers, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles”. When the child of God neglects to pray, it is like neglecting to exercise. And to neglect to pray for God to save sinners is to surrender our get to be saved brothers and sisters to hell.
Simply, to neglect to pray is to sin. And when we do not pray, we end up, carrying our burdens alone. This also causes us to experience increased stress and anxiety.

Leaving our Bible closed:

Scripture increases all our holy capacities for the glory of Jesus. Without the nourishment of scripture, we easily lose steam. We become spiritually winded and require more rest, more time away from the active pursuit of Jesus' earthly work. And also reading the Bible is how we learn who God is. May the good lord bless us in our work and everywhere. Lek keeps on sharing and inviting others.

Thank you for sharing your special day with us.
