Unplugging from our social media accounts may be restorative. A one week social media break may significantly reduce anxiety and depression, according to researchers. Our social media break does not have to be all or nothing. Social media can affect our teens, especially, distracting them, disrupting their sleep, and exposing them to bullying, rumor spreading, and unrealistic views of peer pressure in the cost of the effect, we are going to discuss how we can quench all these effect;

Make a plan:

When we plan something that we are going to make, build, or create we decide what the main parts of it will be and do a drawing of how it should be made.

Recognize our triggers:

We have to use our mindfulness skills and monitor how we feel when we are scrolling through social media. If something upsets us, that's okay. Just get friendly with the black button and permanently review it from our feed.

Limit or delete apps:

A person may find themselves reflexively checking social media apps and notification. Deleting apps may help a person stop automatically checking them, as they will need to redownload the apps to be able to sign back in.

Be Accountable:

We will enjoy significantly more time with less distraction without social media, and when we complete our work more quickly, we open up more time to congregate with good friends, which increases the meaningful of our life.

Let's keep on sharing and invite other for more updates. May the good lord bless us. Thanks for your special time with us.
