Surrendering our problems to God is one of the best ways to set ourselves free. As the scripture says, " Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you shall eat or what you shall drink nor about your life, what you shall drink nor about your body, what you shall put on”. God said this because these are the major things needed by his children. As the scripture says, "Cast all your anxieties on him, for he cares about you ”.

Surrender to God through prayer:

Surrender our troubles to God can be achieved when we communicate with him through prayer. Prayer helps us develop a relationship with God, gain an understanding of God's loving nature, provides answers, and help us find direction in our life.

Be mindful of our thoughts:

Our thoughts are like clouds passing through the sky, our field of awareness. Just noticing and letting go of our thoughts without judging can free us from the constraints of constant worry and analyzing.

Having faith and trusting completely in God:

God blesses those who obediently surrender everything and follow God's will. If we have a strong faith in God, then we completely trust that he will provide everything we need.

Seek spiritual guidance:

A spiritual guide is someone who helps us attend God's presence in our lives. Spiritual counseling can help us become more mindful in our thinking. This helps us to sky in the present moment instead of focusing on things we might regret from our past.
