Physical Activity refers to all movements including during leisure time, for transport to get to and from places, or as part of a person work. Being physical active can improve our brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease and improve our ability to do everyday activities. Being in physical active shares a lot of blessings in our life and I would like us to share them in this article;
Be patient- change takes time:
Having patience means we can remain calm, even when we have been waiting forever or dealing with something painstakingly slow or trying to teach someone how to do something and they just don't get it. It involves acceptance and tolerance, and is usually easier to have when there is something in it for us at end.
Remember, any amount of physical activity is better than none:
Regular physical activity, such as walking and doing sports or active recreation, provides significant benefits for health. Some physical activity is better than doing none. By becoming more active throughout the day in relatively simple ways, people can easily achieve the recommended activity levels.
Often encouragement and praise:
Praise works best when it describes the behavior we like. Encouragement is praise for effort. Rewards can reinforce positive behavior, but it's best not to overuse them.
Point out positive choices:
Thinking positive is an active choice. It is the decision we have to focus on the possibility of good results or seek out the goodness in any situations. And also choosing positivity means we don't let the negative story in our head take the lead.
