Research has found that many people experience positive positive psycholigical growth from difficult times, such as a deeper sense of self and purpose, a greater appreciation for life and loved ones, and an increased capacity for altruism, empathy and desire to act for the greater good.
Keeping going in tough times share many blessings in our life and we would like to share how we can keep on going no matter the situations;
Connect with others:
Human connection is the sense of closeness and belongingness a person can experience when having supportive relationships with those around them. During an authentic human connection, people exchange positive energy with one another and build trust.
Stay positive:
To stay positive means being self aware and in touch witg our feelings. We should never let fear take over and have us convinced that things will not work out for the best. And we should accept the Criticism that comes our way, and know that most things in life are not personal.
Get physical active:
Physical activity is any body movement that works our muscles and requires mpre energy than resting. Walking, running, dancing, swimming, yoga and gardening are a few examples of physical activity.
Help others:
Helping others means to give something with sincere love for the benefits of others. There are many ways to help others as the stars in the sky.
